I’m working as Customer service and call center responsible in an Italian company called lavajet, this company responsible for cleaning of al ain, so we have pressure in our department because we received about 150 calls per day, and I’m responsible for the report and computer work plus solving problems and supervise on the operators of the department plus I’m responsible for the dealings of the line of phones and the call center future plane.
