• Writing the testing plan: using Harf QMS template (testing plan template).
• Writing test cases: using test case management tool (Test Link "V 1.0.4").
• Do technical review on (test cases and testing environment review).
Manual Testing
• Running test cases using test case management tool (Test Link).
• Reporting bugs using bugs reporting tool (PHP Bug Tracker).
• Verifying bugs using bugs reporting tool (PHP Bug Tracker).
Automation Testing:
• Do performance tests using (Web Performance Trainer "V 2.7" and Microsoft Management console).
• Regression test using RFT (Rational Functional tester "V 7.0.1.2 ").
Other tools:
• Alter Wind Log Analyzer Lite "V 3.2" (is free website statistics software).
• Link boot pro "V 5.0" and Xenu (to ensure the accessibility, functionality and usability of website).
CMMI:
• Act as "SME" in the testing department: Enhancing the testing process for the CMMI level 3 appraisal,
• Follow the testing process area - Lever3 on all involved projects,
• Follow the configuration management plan using (Microsoft Visual SourceSafe "V 6.0"),
