Managing planning Dept. under the umbrella of supply chain management, including production planning, material planning and production follow up & control teams.
Coordinating demand side; Marketing and Sales alongside with Supply side; procurement, W/H and production inputs as well as Logistics function whether for import or export tasks.

Preparing Monthly Production Plans.
Preparing Monthly Raw-material requirements
preparing daily machine scheduling
Achieving Monthly targets.
Utilization of maximum machine capacity.
Commitments towards delivery.
Maintaining production data’s.
Preparing delivery drum requirements.
Preparing machine output analysis report
Continuous follow up of floor movements
Maintaining WIP value at minimum and etc.

and control raw materials ordering - MOQ (minimum order quantity), purchase orders dates accuracy.
•Secure on-time delivery, Maintain raw material safety stocks.
•Manage vendors - capacity, lead time, method of transportation.
•Control inventory - good receipt, goods issue, scrap, stock taking.
•Support procurement and purchasing for service level agreements preparation.
•Receives the master production plan from the production planning section coordinates with the technical department to periodically revise the bill of materials consumption rates.
•Follows up the deviations of materials consumption rate and take corrective action where necessary.
•Follows up the monthly requisition for local materials and foreign materials on daily basis issues requisition and maintain inventories of imported materials and supplies necessary to meet the production plans.
•Manages the materials requirements with the Purchasing and Warehouse departments together with Purchasing fix budget, periodically review (EA1, EA2 …) and monthly check component requirement.
•Manage and issue Production/Delivery orders also through daily check of production plan and delivery status.
•Manage non-compliant deliveries: in agreement with quality- Manufacturing- Supplier, report non conformity material with all needed information to manage failure and arrange for replacement of the defective material/ component to maintain healthy feeding to the plant operations.
•Management of obsolete components: in collaboration with affected areas, develop proper actions to make internal usage of obsolete components (parts, kits, ) or to ask supplier to re-work. In case of no further usage/renewal, act with controlling for proper accounting.
•Manage the use of components not included in the bill of materials, such as: lack of material, power consumption, low inventory in the warehouse, quality issues.
•Inventory maintenance: continuously monitoring status of own assigned component stock.
Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and location are coordinated.
•Manage product import and/or export processes to ensure adherence with regulatory or legal requirements.
•Provide solutions for customer, import, and export issues.
•Responsible for internal & external communication for key performance, check and verify shipping records.
•Ensure import, export, air, sea operational efficiency in the system.
•Track, analyze & communicate order updates to key staff members and customers where appropriate.
Sales traffic analysis for future plan forecasting.
•Analysis and evaluate the trends for major raw materials Stock, suppliers deliveries time schedule.
•Arrange shipping / logistics with suppliers.
•Arrange the daily physical receiving / deliveries & transportation arrangement.
•Perform reporting.
•Planning delivery timetables.
•Ensuring stores have enough stock.
•Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand.
•Overseeing the ordering and packaging process.
