Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall Project Management & Technical Coordination of aforementioned Projects* with other departments, Vendors & stakeholders, Including but not limited to:
*Site monitoring, planning, tracking & scheduling, Conducting Progress meetings & Reporting of site discrepencies and progress.
*Preparation of internal reports, memory logs & time impact analysis programmes as supporting documentation for claims & Extension of Contract time.
* Preparation of Project accurals, Technical transmittals, Progress & Cost reports, Reviewing & reading of Contracts, Specifications and drawings.
*Reviewing technical RFI’s, Test results & Reports, Delay & cost analysis, Record keeping & controlling of technical & financial data of contractors & consultants on board.
* Assist QS in checking quantities, verifying monthly bills (IPC’s) & pre-Tender works, Assist Project Engineer in Site & office works & also daily tasks assigned by line manager.
*Conducting regular site visits and ensuring quality management & HSE on site.
*Assist line Manager in managing on-site execution of all the projects on daily basis.
As Management Associate of Projects & Development following responsibilities handled;
* Monitored all site related works of High Rise Buildings on daily basis which primarily includes working of post-tension slabs & piling work.
* Attended meetings with designers, consultants and contractors for timely resolution of progress issues.
*Prepared delay reports, Progress tracking sheets, Monthly progress and Management reports of all on-going projects.
* Snag & De-snag completed Projects. Handled payment records of all Contractors on board.
* Reviewed technical Reports, drawings, Rollout and baseline schedules for proper implementation of construction works.
* Worked at Emaar crescent bay Project and completed their fast track project of Infrastructure and partial Road network.
*Handled all site related works from commencement to completion.
*Assist in Soil Testings and daily work inspections.
*Prepared Progress reports.
*Assist in surveying works.
*Read drawings, specs, contracts for proper implementation of works on-site.
*Prepared baseline schedule on Microsoft Project and tracked it accordingly.
*Coordination and meetings with stake-holders.
Completed housing projects from designing, approval to completion of construction(onsite)
* Worked on the project of Emaar which includes pile testing works, Secant Piles & Construction of superstructure of High Rise towers.
*Assist in tasks like bar bending and cost estimation of formwork, concrete.
*Assist in daily site inspections and on-going site activities.
*Assist in material testings of concrete, Reinforcement and Geotechnical testings.
Apart from civil Engineering degree, i attained scholarships for thesis project and an year education in European universities during bachelors study. I also posses few diplomas from Europe in related field in addition to diploma of foreign language course. Moreover, I was also presented an award of appreciation from Engineers Associations of Nepal and Engineers Assoc. of Sri lanka. Currently i am Registered Engineer of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and was a student member of ICE, Istructe, ASTM and IEP .
