• Plan, design and implement all data network and security solutions in all Orange Egypt corporate sites (Nile City, Sphinx, Saqqara, Oracle, Agouza, Pyramids Heights, Shops, Franchise, remote sites and any other corporate site)
• Provide and implement up to date data center solutions in all Orange Egypt data centers
• Remain at the cutting edge of security issues surrounding network, systems, and data security as well as striking the right balance between the need to protect data and systems and the need to run the business with a high level of satisfaction.
• Provide advanced solutions for all Orange Egypt converged data network requirements including software configuration and hardware solutions
• Implement all converged corporate data network projects
• Provide data centers load balancing switching advanced solutions
• Responsible for Data Network maintenance (EOL, EOS, IOS upgrades)
• Design and implement the proper solution for any corporate site relocation, staff increase, or any other facilities expansion or relocation.
• Design validation for all data network projects.
• Design and Implement for new VPNs.
• Support with network solutions the expansion plan of all branches, shops, mini shops, franchise and all other types of sales and customer service projects
• Monitor Capacity and manage all corporate data network network, taking necessary action when needed
• Support Corporate Voice (IP telephony/Call Canter) objectives, design and implement all network infrastructure that carry voice call center traffic, and increase its capacity according to call center expansion plans
• Design and implement all wireless connectivity inside Orange Egypt corporate sites and shops
• Support data network operations team with proper solutions and designs in maintaining data network KPIs
• Support with solutions all day-to-day requirements received from all corporate departments
• Reduce Time-To-Market of Orange Egypt business/Sales/Technology projects by providing fast and reliable solutions, work closely with all projects stake holders to provide best solution
• Support any data centers move or relocation
• Apply Quality of Service (QOS) and traffic engineering techniques upon request over Data network links to avoid any traffic congestion.
• Design any related routing or switching changes in Orange Egypt data centers.
• Plan for any down time action to ensure minimum or no impact on business continuity.
• Purchase and select best solutions among different alternatives from different vendors
• Prepare high level and low level design sheets of new projects and big tasks
• Participate in handling complex data network projects, and is able to provide technical proposals that speed problem resolution or better implementation of work orders.

• Play key role in network design reviews for new projects.
Configure, implement and maintain the various technologies such as Virtualization, Storage Engineering, cloud computing technologies and Server Management.
• Administer the Data Center UCS and Nexus Platforms.
• Ensure a proper methodology is followed during the diagnosis of problems, taking appropriate actions in handling the business priorities.
• Follow up on daily team activities and problems resolution with concerned teams.
• Follow up with vendors on all pending problems and escalate to higher levels if SLAs are not being followed or if the business is being affected as a result of problems.
• Schedule implementation plans for network projects and reallocate the needed resources as needed without affecting the daily operations or coverage needs.
• Ensure proper documentation and regular reporting of network performance and team activities to department management.
• Coordinate with other teams inside or outside Technology department for daily operations or implementation of new tasks.
• Review and update operational procedures as needed and propose solutions to enhance the operational environment.
• Implement all software upgrades and fix releases delivered by supplier.
• . Support technical network installation, and operations in LAN/WAN environment.
• Perform regular network modifications through work orders and regular network health checks
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly network healthy check.
• Provide the basic support on 24/7 basis when needed for all Corporate Data Network equipment present in all DN corporate sites and shops remotely and on site.
• Diagnose and correct faults in all corporate data network components using the available tools and resources.
• Participate in all Orange projects carried over data network.
• Corporate Data Network administration including; routers, switches, FWs, Load Balancers, and any other DN component added to the network.
• Perform acceptance tests for all corporate data network equipment.
Responsible for the operations, support, implementation and planning of data network equipment serving the commercial and enterprise needs.
Technically support Network installations, and operations in LAN/WAN environment
Perform regular network modifications through work orders & actions
Perform daily, weekly and monthly network healthy check
Provide the First Line support of DN problems on 24/7 basis when needed for all DN equipment present in all Orange HQs, shops, switches and Packet Core sites remotely and on site
Diagnosis and correction of faults in all network components using the available tools and resources
Participate in all data network projects as needed
Data network administration (Multilayers, FWs, routers, switches, Load Balancers, …)
Follow up existing problems and daily actions with staff and vendors
Perform Acceptance Tests for all Data network equipment
Provide a complete IT Support to different companies
Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, faxes, and callbacks in a timely manner, in accordance with current standards
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems
