1. Inspecting to ensure that all aspects of the accommodation meet hygiene and health and safety regulations. Maintain good working relationships with other departments.
2. To supervise teams and allocate work for the management for camps and units. To conduct hygiene audits in the camps and kitchen including use by the date and storage methodologies to ensure camp health and sanitation standards are maintained
3. To co operate with various camp subcontractors for the timely supply of invoices and other related issues.
