Coordinate and develop appropriate control budgets consistent with project estimate.
Ensure that the Client Invoice captured the actual quantities.
Coordinate appropriate internal and external benchmarking and technical limits.
Ensure that the Cost Control submits internal report as per schedule.
Prepare the Enterprise Periodical Report for Sub-Contractor - Cost Variance.
Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
Prepare the Report - Project Cost Variance (Resource Variance, Project Cost Report, Physical invoice and Productivity Variance).
Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoice and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
Collect & check daily report from Site Engineer, Foreman, TimeKeeper and StoreKeeper regarding manpower, materials and machinery.
Enumerating, Monitoring and Recording All Lessons Learning of the Project per Scope of Works.
Establish enterprise strategy for the anticipating project.
Review all document related to the bidding project.
Establish rough of magnitude (ROM) estimation as per historical data.
Request for quotation for the specialist work.
Establish cost analysis for fixed and variable items to get definitive project budget.
Establish preliminary cash flow for bidding project to ensure proper funding.
Establish resource histogram for bidding project to send to the human resource dept. To ensure labor recruitment on time.
Establish preliminary schedule bidding project.
Periodical updating for subcontractor register via lesson learned.
Periodical updating for labor productivity as per actual.
Estimating the cost of projects, analyze the requirements and specification of a project and determine the cost involved to launch such a project (Assessing risks, Doing cost estimates, Forecasting, Reviewing proposed schedules, Implementing bets practices, Performing cost control and Analyzing variances)
Plays a key role in delivering a complete suite of cost-control services and financial support for projects. Ensures the use of the project cost control strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles and responsibilities and ensuring the adherence to the safety, environmental, financial, business and project guidelines
Foundations and Concrete works ( Soil Investigation, Excavation, Shuttering, Backfilling, Compaction, Shuttering & Pouring concrete)
Finishing works for Buildings (Cement Board, Plastering, Decoration, Sanitary ware, Painting, Tiles & Waterproofing)
