• Revising all The Electrical Work Done Before Concrete Pouring on Slab
• Acting as Owner and Consultant on Site.

Duties:
• Erecting electrical work before and after concreting depending on the approved drawings.
• Supervision of the Implementation as the Main Contractor For the Project and supervision of the Sub-Contractor in the Implementation Process of all the stages such as the (First, Second, Third Fix).
• Track the Approval Process of the shop drawings with the Consultant, Revise and Review the comments.
• Paper Work Such as: Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Request for Information (RFI), Non Conformance Report (NCR).
• Work Load Reports for Every Month, Daily Report, Work Progress.
• Follow up work with other departments such as Civil Department and Architecture Department.
• Execution of Embedded Pipes on Slab before Concrete and also Exposed Pipes on Ceiling.
• Preparation of Quantity Surveys.
• Preparation of Purchase Orders according to Shop Drawings.
• Dealing with Different Site Problems and Find Solutions and Present them to the Owner.

• Third Fix Execution Process
• Supervision on Sub Sub-Contractors.
• As Built Drawings according to Third Fix Process.
• Electrical Systems Panels Such as Power Panels, Lighting Panels, Fire Alarm Panels, Emergency Panels
• Prepare As Built Panel Schedules Reports and Balance for Every Phase.
• Supervision according to Priority of Consultant Time Schedule and Target.
• Review Shop Drawings and Consultant Comments.
• Main Contractor Samcrete Egypt, Consultant: Dar El Handasah (DAR).
• Reading Shop Drawings (Power, Lighting, Low Current & Fire Alarm Drawings)
• Dealing with Main Contractor, Consultant, and QC Departments.
• Dealing with Different Site Problems with Professionalism & Modifications on Drawings to be executed Properly on Site.
• Preparation of BOQ's for previous Drawings.
• Preparation of Inspection Requests and Requests for Information.
• Revising & Supervision on Technicians and also Supervisors according to Time Schedule & Target.

• Design of Secondary Substations that Ensure Control & Protection Panels and MV Switch Gears using Specifications and Electrical Schemes with Respect to Standards and Codes.
• Design of BOQ's For Power and Control Cables.
• Preparation of Cable Books using Electrical Schemes and Wiring.
• Circuit Breaker, Short Circuit and Voltage Drop Calculations Using Standards and Codes.
• Revising of Electrical Schemes with Putting Comments and notes.
• Design of SLD (380 VAC, 220 VDC, 48 VDC).
Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering.
