Job Description:
- Responsible for supporting all Paisley software applications, taking customer calls, documenting, researching and troubleshooting software related issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and resolve service desk calls from local and remote users and offices.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, consistent follow-through to assure problems are resolved and ability to respond to last minute requests.
- Develop in-depth Product Knowledge in order to resolve customer questions and issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, communicate with individuals with all levels of technical and non-technical skill sets (i.e. Developers, Project Managers and external Customers)
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Software troubleshooting ability.
- Use Web Ex with clients to resolve issues or demonstrate solution if necessary.

- Use technical aptitude to learn, apply and solve technological solutions and/or challenges.
- Spend the time necessary to achieve and maintain a high level of technical proficiency

- Responsible for the operation and administration of the company’s internal networks, servers, email and network security systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administration and maintenance of company’s internal systems.
- Administration and maintenance Storage Area Network (SAN).
- Configuration and set-up of all new server systems required internally for the company’s activities.
- Firewall administration and overall responsibility for company IT security.
- Administration of email servers for company-wide email.
- Provide telephone and desktop support to internal users.
