- Managing and Implementing all tasks related the Personnel field, and calculating attendance and employee leaves
- Preparing Offer Letters, Contracts, HR Letters, Experience Certificates, Form1, Form6 and Follow up Letters.
- Participate in developing, maintaining and implementing policies & procedures of the company with the HR manager and HR team.
- Maintaining and updating human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks, or performance evaluation forms.
- Manage employee benefits like Medical insurance, Bank Accounts, Mobile lines, etc…
- Helping in the Recruitment process with the HR team to fulfill company needs
- Assists in making Action plans, reports, decisions and creating results of the department.
- Perform the Exit Interview process.
- Calculate Monthly Payroll using PHR System (Solution).
- Calculate settlements for resigned employees.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and termination
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
- Responsible for filing and collecting any missing documents in the employees’ files.
- Conduct all the Data Entry Process for the Finger Print Program of FP Machines of all Branches (New Hires, Resignations, Transferring) and prepare monthly FP Reports for all Employees (In & Out).
- Perform monthly Presentations for the HR department Report
(New Hires Vs Resigned, Over Time, Turn Over, Salaries, KPIs and other Charts as sales.
- Prepare Attendance and Absence Sheets for all Employees at the Company.
- Handle All Vacations, Holidays, Days Off and Absence Records.
- Prepare monthly attendance analysis report.
- Recording employees’ vacations and tracking the balance.
- Assist and make the Orientation process for all new Employees.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Follow-up all Administrative Work.
