Right now "Ahmed" is working as Commercial& Tech. Manager Projects, Civil Construction director as well as responsible about Target Technical Office KSA Branch (Civil / Marine).

Responsibilities:
Handle Commercial Issues, Contracting & Procurement , Technical Office and Construction support/directions at sites, Business development and diversified tasks serving all the Company’s divisions for tendering as below Description:-

• Day to day operation and follow up projects continuous operation i.e. managing / Coordination of Construction activities, resolving Technical Issues, Contracting and Procurement Issues, extensive Coordination with client & Subcontractors.
• Carry out commercial reviews of tender enquiries, advising on level of risk and acceptability of contract terms
• Provide advice to the project delivery teams on how to interpret and apply key contract provisions
• Support the execution and management of Risk Registers for projects
• Support the development and management of an Issue Register by project staff
• Review and advise on contract practice within the organization
• Review and advise on methods of dispute resolution and conflict avoidance
• Plan all technical aspects of the projects,
• Work with the Discipline Head to agree technical resource required, forecast and Manage resource costs throughout the project.
• Reviewing design / IFC drawing and coordination with the design office / client till issuance of the final IFC.
• Coordination tasks including attending Techno-Commercial and clarification meetings with the Clients, Engineering offices, suppliers and subcontractors during tender stage and the ongoing projects stage.
• Keep track of all scope changes and ensure that the change control process and technical Queries process are adhered to and communicated fully on all projects
• Study the expected V.O. and initiate the request/ document of the V.O.
• Monitor and report on the Technical teams progress on all required deliverables - advise any deviation from schedule or budge.
• Conducting site visits and Job Ex. meetings for tender projects and ongoing projects.
• Attending Weekly, Monthly progress meeting for the ongoing projects.
• Managing and Coordination for Local and international procurement.
• Technical/Commercial Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors, and reviewing the subcontracts and P.O’s.
