* Review and approve schedules for all contractors
and proceed with engineers to create a single
timeline that includes all contractor work.
* Modify designs and plans to suit the needs of the
site and the client and make detailed plans for the
project.
* Discuss construction problems with engineers,
evaluate the scope of problems and determine
alternate courses of action if required.
* Receive, Analyze and Evaluate the quotations and
working Plans from the contractor for the
construction.
* Supervise the activities of the on-site teams
engineers assigned to projects to ensure
adequate on-site coverage.
Site Engineer, Al Fath Residential Project consisting
of 95 buildings (495 residential units) and 11 villas
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Daily follow-up of construction activities and
inventory of the required quantities on site.
* Supervise and follow up the formwork process,
sample crushing reports, and arrange soil
inspection and monitoring appointments.
* Estimating project activity with the site
Manager and Develop and submit design
proposals.
* Give tips and guidance to get the maximum
possible benefit to meet the basic purpose of
the building.
* Final review of the project and ensure delivery
as agreed.
Site Engineer, The project of the Technical College in
Riyadh consists of 11 buildings
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Supervise and follow up on various daily
construction activities such as buildings.
* Monitor activities to maintain labor standards,
adhere to schedules and meet quality goals
Identify all requirements for the project and
approve the necessary materials for this.
* Monitoring and managing site supervision
team in compliance with the Project
* Specification, checking of documentations
related to the works and reviewing of the
contractor’s monthly valuations and reports.
The comprehensive village water project AT Hail city
consists of 6 upper water tanks and 11 lines to
several villages
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Preparation of drawings, plans, specifications
and construction documents.
* Supervise and follow up the formwork process.
* Estimating construction activity, tests and
sanitizing lines with the site Manager.
* Verify the integrity and efficiency of the work in
the tanks and verify the construction processes
according to the approved plans.
Site Engineer،The project of the Saudi Electricity
Company in Riyadh consists of 7 buildings
* Tasks and responsibilities:
Create detailed drawings and the ability to
use different design applications.
* Write reports and submit proposals and
requests for construction.
* Prepare diagrams of buildings taking into
account the internal coordination and the
external surroundings as well.
* Highlighting any violations to architectural
related issues on site
Riyadh Train Project West Riyadh Station consists
of 2 buildings
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Analyze drawings and provide brief information
to supervisors to maintain quality.
* Monitor teams during construction activities to
comply with health and safety requirements.
* Prepare and present daily and weekly
discussion.
* Visit sites to ensure that construction
processes conform to engineering plans and
find solutions in case of any obstacles.
* Assisting the Resident Engineer in the review
of architectural materials and that they are in
compliance with approved material
submittals, finishing inspection, drawings,
and all architectural correspondences
* Ensure that contractors commitment to the
work specified and required by the time plan.
* Give tips and guidance to reach the
maximum possible benefit and fulfill the
basic purpose of the buildings.
