- Calling beneficiaries in order to arrange for an appointment to do the survey in an exact time and place
- Introducing myself to the beneficiary telling him that I am doing this survey on behalf of the client.
- If the beneficiary couldn't come in person because of his/her circumstances I'll conduct it via phone.
- Keep extensive records relating to sampling, respondents response rates and incident reports

I work now at Azraq refugees camp at the reception area. My main role is to screen refugees once they arrive the reception area to
see how we as an NGO can help them. After that I go and ask the refugees if they are having any problems related to our
organization specialties. When I find a beneficiary I open a file for him/her taking all the necessary information and then I forward it
to our teams working inside the camp. We work as a teams, every team consist of one Physiotherapist and one Social worker.
Customer Service and Call Center
My main role was receiving customers complaints regarding water shortages and waste water floods, recording it in the system
designed for that purpose with the exact address of the problem, after that I inform the person in charge for it and after that
following up with the field along with the customer to be sure that the problem have been solved.
