➢ Prepare the Annual Financial reports, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements.
➢ Ensure financial records are maintained in
compliance with accepted (policies, procedures and Accounting Standers).
➢ Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
➢ Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
➢ Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
➢ Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to IT team for improvements.
➢ Prepare and manage the complete monthly payroll for all the employees.
Logistics
➢ Responsible for export, import and shipping materials.
➢ Preparation of Customer invoices and account statements.
➢ Following up all customers for collection.
➢ Booking and prepare all shipment documents.
➢ following up shipments till arrive to customers
➢ Preparation and posting of daily records for all types of accounts.
➢ Preparation of regular reports for management and summaries of accounting activities.
➢ Handling the accounting records and ensuring the proper filling.
➢ Preparation of Customer invoices and account statements.
➢ Organized and prioritized work to complete assignments in a timely, efficient manner.
➢ Prepare and review budget, expenses, payroll deductions, invoices and other accounting documents.
