(1) Troubleshooting Generator, Marine Engine & Industrial Engine related problems, & figuring out the actual root causes.
(2) Preparing quotations for the required spare parts.
(3) Writing brief technical reports about the Generators problem. Summarizing & explaining the problem's root cause.
(4) Reporting site or customer problems to the supervisor.
(5) Making product & application recommendations clear to the customer, to ensure proper Generator, Marine Engine & Industrial Engine operation, & lowering downtime.
(6) Informing customers with changes in technology, & introduce new products that would enhance their business.
* Execute all levels of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting & different kind of overhauls for Generators, Marine Engine & Industrial Engine.
* Direct experience with "CATERPILLAR" & “OLYMPIAN” Products.
Accomplishing Overhaul of 3412 Generator in Middle East Glass (as a team).
Accomplishing Overhaul of 3516 B Generator in Global for Energy (as a team).
Accomplishing Top End overhaul for Two G3516 Generators in AUC (as a team).
Accomplishing Top End overhaul for 3508 Generator in kiriazi.
Accomplishing Overhaul of 3608 Generator in El FARAFRA Oasis Power plant (as a team).
Accomplishing Overhaul of 3406 Generator in Domiatec Group (as a team).
Accomplishing Overhaul of 3406 Generator in Domiatec Group (as a team leader).
