 Maintenance Planning and Jobs Execution of Routine, Corrective & Overhauls of Diesel Engines & Generators (Caterpillar, Perkins, Waukesha, Guascor).
 Apply Diesel Caterpillar engines control jobs (ET Inspection, SIS Diagnostics).
 Commissioning, Startup, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Guascor Gas Engines & Generators.
 Making sure all safety precautions are taken on site.

 Create Equipment Job Plan and supervise performing.
 Lubrication Schedules management for all equipment.
 Study, Search and Select the proper mechanical and electrical equipment specifications (Pumps, Motors, Instruments, and Pipes).
 Make Technical, Incident, Case Studies, Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports.
 Supervise materials consumption (Cartridge filters & AntiScalant) using Excel sheets with daily updated records.

• Job Duties:
- Workshop Lead Engineer as First Lieutenant Leader of the Repairing & Maintenance Departments.
 Followed up the Performance of the Vehicles on site for all the Unites while meeting the required standards and inspecting the vehicles.
 Keeping the link open between the Workshop Departments and the Stocks to receive the Spare Parts and distribute them on Workshops making sure it is all documented and applied.
 Supervising the repairs and substitutions made for the Vehicles. Making sure it is done 2 pg. right and quick to reach the best performance and quality needed.
 Responsible of all workers in the workshops. How to containment them to create the perfect atmosphere for a better production, and making sure how they are using their tools, taking care of it and keep it in the tools box to easily find it and use it again.
Also participated in:
• Executed a food court for the soldiers using iron columns and sheet plates.
• Executed lounge and food court for officers using reinforced concrete for billers, plumping and Electrical work for bathroom and kitchen, and sheet plates for the roof fixed on a hanged roof plates from the inside.
• Executed a 12x6 m² Bathroom for individuals, a full building, plumping, electricity and carpentry.
• Couple other Buildings 3x3 m²
