* According to different customers’ needs and requests, Organize and execute technical assistances missions ( in coordination with field coordinator / site Manager ) in matter of gas turbine control & Instrumentation, software and hardware maintenance troubleshooting & configuration, turbine revisions (Combustion inspection, LTPI and Major inspection), field service reports, Punch list, Spares parts, different shut downs and Startups

My detailed tasks and responsibilities and competencies are:
* Supervise the installation, calibration and set up of instruments
* Lead and execute loop check and commissioning phase performing the functional tests., execute start-up, revisions, troubleshooting
* Write accurate professional reports acting as single point of contact between Customers and GE Oil & Gas
* Use company e-tools to retrieve technical documents and management of packing list, bill of material and drawings * Ensure all in-field activities carried out safely complying with company environmental health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures.

Since 2006 till now -Maintenance department: in charge of Turbo-Control hardware & software configuration, fault finding & troubleshooting (Speed Tronic ™ MARK VI Control System-Compressor Anti surge CCC system -Bently Nevada 3500 -F&G Det-Tronic detectors &Kidde Italia PLC -Wormald Vesda Laser Scanner 314)
- Execute Curative and preventive maintenance - Supervise and execute different Set poins changing.., Calibration and maintenance of different Instruments types
- Interventions, trouble shooting and revisions of the GE (Nuovo pignone) Turbbo compressors and generators \[Type MS 5002 / MS5001\] controlled by The speed Tronic MARK VI (Assist to Combustion, LTPI & Major Inspection): Calibration & Functional test of Gas valves, Nozzles, IGV, Bleed valves, Checking of flame detectors, Spark Plugs, thermocouples, CO2 Anti-fire Discharge system …-Provide technical training on site for Maintenance ( instrument) technicians in matter of turbine control Philosophy, configuration and trouble shooting And also on the Rockwell simulator ( allen Bradley after been validated)
Supervise work and responsible of other PLCs Configuration and Trouble shoot:
- Burner system Controlled by HIMA PLC using ELOP II software, and Schneider Magelix HMI using XBTL 100 SW - ALLEN Bradley Contrologix PLC, with Rock well software Logix 5000/ SLC 500 PLC and RSview32 HMI software)
- SIMATIC Step -7 /300 PLC & Protool Operator panel.
Support and Advice the warehouse controllers and planning department concerning some issues (Spares parts identification and reparations, and assistance..)
Assist to three ( 03) Trains TAR (Turnaround) -Trains revision
After been acting in the past in our Instrument department as interim superintendent for one year during the post vacation I’ve been recently promoted to act as Instrument/control Superintendent.
2005-2006: Supervise commissioning, loop check, Assist to startup of different equipment as Gas Turbo generators and turbo compressors,
Oil instrumentation (configuration and calibration of electronic and pneumatic instruments (valves Masoneilan.., converter; pressure, temperature, level and flow transmitters) maintenance; troubleshooting.
Supervise Construction, Loop check, commissioning and Start Up of different equipments as turbo compressors using MK VI ( as control system) and heaters
