• Attend court hearings as well as conduct negotiations with opponents and clients
• Prepare legal briefs and opinions, and file appeals in state and federal courts of appeal.
• Prepare draft contracts and providing legal advice on contracts
• Handle the tasks of giving legal advice to clients on issues pertaining to copyrights, trademarks, patents and commercial laws
• Liaise with outsourced legal teams to ensure that the requirements of clients are met

• Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
