• Handle the customers’ needs and solve any problem facing them to reach the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Supervise the duties of the customer service representatives, cashiers, securities and the porters.
• Ensuring the safety and the cleanliness of the work environment.
• Approving the refund, exchange and the return items for the customers.
• Preparing and managing the staff schedules.
• Dealing with the municipality staff for the inspections and avoid any warning or penalty from them.
• Report to the branch manager and giving ideas to improve the sales and the customer service level.
