- Developing the master optimized schedule of a program of five projects all
phases from Engineering, procurement, and construction to commissioning.
- Follow-up and analysis of the critical path of the five projects on monthly
basis.
- Planning projects into steps and set deadlines and key milestones.
- Assisting engineering team in sequencing engineering deliverable to support
procurement and construction strategy.
- Analyzing the claims against my company, and building ours against our
clients.
- Keeping the project director apprised for emerging risk issues, including cost,
schedule, and quality concerns to avoid any potential delays or cost risks.
- Lead monthly review of plans vs. actual progress of Integrated Master
Schedule with Project Teams and Management.
- Work with integrated team and contractors to ensure integrity of imported
schedule data.
- Ensure the quality of subcontractor schedules on Primavera P6 and check that
they are aligned with the master planning.
- Seek innovation in scheduling and execution plans that could improve project
economics.
- Prepare overall program schedule report analysis for the programs monthly
progress report.
- Provide timeline resource budgeting and forecasting based on the approved
estimate.
- Progress tracking (Planned Vs Actual and forecast): Establish the S-Curves,
identify trends and deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Supervise weekly meetings with sub-contractors (Civil Instrumentation &
Control)
- Support to Project Manager.
- Highlighting obstacles and foreseen risks and raise the required conclusions
and solutions to the project top management.
