- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as income trend, investment, and other transactions.
- Apply the KPI’s on all levels in connection with the 4 balanced scorecards.
- Oversee the overall performance of the company in each level and track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
- Develop & improve systems by using VBA & SQL languages and upgrade database for better outcome for HR, Payroll and accounting software which made by myself, and thus stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
- Review the compliance with the regulatory bodies.
- Prepare and file the monthly VAT tax return in compliance with regulations
- Prepare and file the annual Zakat tax return in compliance with regulations
- Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
- Research and analyses financial reports and market trends.
- Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, in formal meetings for evaluation.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
- Plan and prepare all documentations related to the new hospital project and finalize all aspects for financing by working with ministry of Finance and banks
Devolved and programmed HR, and Payroll database Systems via SQL/VBA by solo effort which save so much time and cost for the staff as if doing it manually. it has a complete functions of vacation calculation EOS, Salary and everything that management expect and needs.
- Regulate and make all the company Polices and procedures in all departments which will provide a very strong internal control in place.
Perform the financial Plan and Budgeting starting with making the break even point in all company levels, i.e. cost centers and do all the Forecast and projections.
- evaluates and provides reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning as intended and will enable the organisation's objectives and goals to be met
reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the audit committee and provides recommendations for improving the organisation's operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance
evaluates information security and associated risk exposures.
- Evaluates regulatory compliance program with consultation from legal counsel
evaluates the organisation's readiness in case of business interruption.
- Maintains open communication with management and the audit committee
teams with other internal and external resources as appropriate.

- Making a full financial analysis on monthly statements and report any variation from the standards.
- Improving IT system for both operational and financial reporting & applying the segregation of duties
been a member of the new Hospital project and do all the analysis and feasibility with all the technical financial assessment and forecasting
Perform all the Zakat Tax transactions and complete the tax return following and following the regulations principles set by the Saudi SOCPA
Acts as consultant for all the newly investment projects
improved and updated the company website and enhanced the speed by using and editing the HTML in the control panel.
