* Responsible for the general supervision and coordination of the routine maintenance and repair
tasks performed by in house technicians and subcontractors who specialize in specific systems and
complex services (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, and information technology)
and housekeeping services (security staff, gardening, and cleaning).
* Coordination and response to clint/customer requests to ensure the timely and quality of the
required service.

(MOH at Urgent Field Hospital ( Madinah))
(NEOM City at - & 4-star hotels ( Sharma-Tabuk))
Job Description:
* Installation/Engineer Team Leader.
* Design and develop solutions for low Current systems which are (Fire Alarm, Public
Address (Audio Systems), Access Control (Control and Protection Doors System),
Surveillance Cameras (CCTV), Audio Visual, Communication Systems, Pressure Monitoring
System, Parking Counting System and Gate Barriers System).
* Working closely with colleagues across a number of functions, including operations, purchasing
and applying tender specifications.
* Collaborate with project stakeholders, suppliers and sub-contractors in order to ensure proper
and efficient delivery of Low Current Systems.
Additionally working closely with specialized theater companies, in the following systems,
* Production Rigging, Production Pit Lifts, Production Lighting Control.
As a Site Manager for Low Current Systems in the following projects: -
(In the National Guard Medical City Project in Madinah): -

Supervision and implementation of installation covering the full range of activities First Fix to
Testing and Commissioning for Low Current Systems (Communication and life safety systems)
additionally:
* Nurse Call System.
* Emergency Blue Station System (EBS) in around housing buildings and services buildings.

Supervision and implementation of MOI projects in charge of organizing maintenance teams
and training courses on the usage for stakeholder in the following projects:
- Border Guards (Yanbu),
- General Investigation (Yanbu),
- Police Stations in Industrial area and AlBalad (Yanbu),
- Center Traffic (East of Madinah),
- Khaybar Governorate Center (Khaybar),
- Police Station (Al Ayis village),
- Security Roads Center (Al Asheyrah),
- Security Roads Center (Al shalaleh),
- Civil Defense Center (Mahd AL Thahab).
