Job Description:
* Responsible for operation and maintenance services of facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and its employees/clients.

* Overseeing the upkeep of equipment, determining and scheduling repairs or renovation.

* Establishment and Preparing PPMs in CAFM system based on assets management in the
facilities.

* Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services.

* Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

safety- systems).
• Oversaw contracts, SLAs, KPIs, vendors, and sub-contractors with strict budget adherence.
• Supported major regional/international events, ensuring full operational readiness and service
coordination.

(MOF at King Salman International Convention Centre Project (Madinah))

(SAUDI ARAMCO at Fadhili gas plant project ( Jubail))

(MOH at Urgent Field Hospital -Nojoud Hospital- ( Madinah))

Job Description:
* Design and develop engineering solutions for low Current systems which are (Fire Alarm,
Public Address (Audio Systems), Access Control (Control and Protection Doors System),
Surveillance Cameras (CCTV), Audio Visual, Communication Systems, Parking Counting
System and Gate Barriers System).

* Working closely with colleagues across a number of functions, including operations,
procurement and applying tender specifications.

* Collaborate with project stakeholders, suppliers and sub-contractors in order to ensure proper and efficient delivery of project Systems.

Additionally working closely with specialized theater companies, in the following systems:
* Production Rigging, Production Pit Lifts, Production Lighting Control.

• Coordinated engineering activities with Civil, MEP, Architecture, and Procurement teams.

As a Senior Engineer of Low Current Systems (ELV) in the following projects: -
(National Guard Medical City Project in Madinah): -
Job Description:
Supervision and implementation of installation covering the full range of activities from First Fix to Testing and Commissioning for Low Current Systems (Communication and life safety systems) additionally:
* Nurse Call System.
* Emergency Blue Station System (EBS) in around housing buildings and services buildings.

(Ministry of The Interior Projects in Madinah and Yanbu): -
Job Description: Supervision and implementation of MOI projects in charge of organizing
and mobilization maintenance teams and training courses on the usage for stakeholder in
the following projects:
Border Guards (Yanbu),
General Investigation (Yanbu),
Police Stations in Industrial area and AlBalad (Yanbu),
Center Traffic (East of Madinah),
Khaybar Governorate Center (Khaybar),
Police Station (Al Ayis village),
Security Roads Center (Al Asheyrah),
Security Roads Center (Al shalaleh),
Civil Defense Center (Mahd AL Thahab).

• Organized maintenance teams and delivered end-user training.
