• Preparation of Action Plan for 3 Branches and follow up.
• Maintain and organize administration forms.
• Prepare reports on personnel in terms of hours, overtime, absences, work injuries, evaluation of new staff, periodic evaluation reports and any direct request from the Director.
• Lead and execute training activities based on the training needs and development plan.
• Manage inventory of raw materials in factories.

• Follow-up of operating costs in factories.
• Supervise production processes, supplying the product to the customer and ensuring the following up on after-sales service.
• Responsible for preparing financial and production reports
• Establish cadence of meetings with the manufacturing site leading to discussion of current or future projects and operations.
• Member of the main and subsidiary inventory committees.
• Responsible for setting working hours and distributing employees to branches.
• Worked on many important software in the company, such as: Manaseer ERP for row materials and suppliers, Simma System for purchase management, cost and overtime system, performance monitoring system and consumption system
