• Preparation of Action Plan for 3 Branches and follow up.

• Worked on many important software in the company, such as: Manaseer ERP for row materials and suppliers, Simma System for purchase management, cost and overtime system, performance monitoring system and consumption system
● Communicate with all departments leads to produce financials reports, production reports, administrative task list, etc.
● Manage issues discussions between department leads and manufacturing site leads.
● Oversaw administrative employees, and determined roles and tasks mapped to these roles.
● Generate a weekly confidential general report, which highlights any potential issues.
● Provided solutions to improve inefficient operational practices.
