Preparing technical and material submittals.
Supervising and reviewing the preparations of implementation method statements with implementation personnel.
Attending progress meetings, discussing and suggesting technical proposals.
Coordinating between the implementation and engineering teams ensuring that the implementation requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverables satisfy the implementation requirements.
Maintaining organized and detailed records and documents of all projects (i.e. working drawings, quantity surveying, purchase orders … etc.) and coordinating with different teams to get these documents issued.
Close monitoring of SCCT staff, contractors, consultants and suppliers’ activities & ensuring project delivery is on time and within budget.
Implementing and solving technical problems that arise.
Controlling and maintaining the safe, smooth progress of implementation works.
Managing maintenance staff and assigning job tasks, plans on daily basis for each technical group and their related forms.
Following-up operation breakdown call response and achieving min. MTTR.
APM Terminals SCCT Commissioning & Acceptance Project engineer in China “Xiamen” for new six TEREXNOELL RTG cranes.
Terminal Operation Project Startup and building up the maintenance department (3 LIEBHERR/3 ZPMC Ship-to-shore cranes,
22 LIEBHERR Rubber Tired Gantry cranes, 1 LIEBHERR LHM550 Mobile Harbour Crane…etc).
Following-up assembling, commissioning and function tests of new equipment and updating punch lists.
Creating scheduled PM Job plan, CM procedures and their related forms.
Commissioning Project of six NOELL & 20 ZPMC RTG (Rubber Tired Gantry) cranes.
Commissioning Project of two ZPMC STS (Rubber Tired Gantry) cranes.
Following-up assembling, commissioning and function tests of new equipment and updating punch lists.
Using, troubleshooting and programming of:
PLC SIEMENS STEP7 300/400.
SIEMENS SIMOVERT / SIMOREG Masterdrives.
SIEMENS Sinamics S120 & SIMOTION D435 using scout software & SIMOCRANE functions.
Troubleshooting and maintenance of STAMFORD PMG-Excited AVR-Controlled Generators (Up to 900KVA) and related CUMMINS (KT19 & QSX15) & VOLVO engines.
Working with medium tension 22KV Switchgears, slip rings & maintenance of SIEMENS 3WL Main circuit breakers (480V Switchgears) and 22KV/480V/400V transformers.
Instructing terminal operators by means radio contact.
Conducting yard-planning activities for the short and medium term, so that the yard is adapted optimally.
First point of contact for emergencies, control of the emergency call and startup of the emergency services.
Performing all preventive & corrective maintenance tasks for CANON photocopiers
Calibrating process transmitters (PT, TT, LT…etc.).
Monitoring & controlling process progress using PLC program interface “RSLogix5000”.
