Management of the design projects from the contracting stage up to the handover of the project to the construction department.
Management includes but is not limited to:
- Develop project charter for design projects
- Assist in developing department policies and procedures
- Manage design meetings and provide continual input to optimize the design and minimize futile work
- Review the design contracts with stakeholders
- Ensure stakeholders' views are managed toward the optimum solution
- Assess strategic project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
- Coordinate with all stakeholders (end-users, consultants)
- Ensuring the projects adhere to framework and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Chair and facilitate meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members
- Maintaining and monitoring projects plans, schedules, budget expenditures, risks, and issues
- Create and maintain comprehensive projects documentation, plans, reports, and lessons learned
Management and supervision of the projects (fit-out) from the initiation stage up to
projects handover.
Management and supervision include but are not limited to:
- Develop the scope of work for the construction work
- Assist in developing consultant design and supervision scope of work
- Manage design meetings and provide continual input to optimize the design
and minimize futile work
- Review the design packages with stakeholders
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within the approved budget
and schedule.
- Manage the contracts and monitor the delivery of service to ensure
compliance with contracts and service agreement
- Coordinate with all stakeholders (End-users, contractors, consultants, and
suppliers)
- Interact with the end-users to interpret their needs and requirements and
represent them in the field
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures,
rules, and regulations
- Represent the organization in an honest, ethical, and professional way

projects inside Jeddah. Management and supervision on more than 6 projects with
total budget more than 250 Million SR. Executed and supervised by the biggest
contractors and consultants in Saudi Arabia.
Management and supervision including but are not limited to:-
• Follow the progress (Ensure having effective resources and monitoring the
efficiency and productivity).
• Follow the invoices and payment.
• Co-ordinate with all stakeholders (End-users, contractors, consultant and
suppliers).
• Holding meetings.
• Solve problems.
Plan, prioritize and supervise on the work of staff for facility maintenance.
• Supervision of the operation and maintenance of two Diesel Power Stations.
• Prepare the master plan for corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Supervision on tasks related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, safety
and event coordination.
• Generate daily status reports and investigate and implement corrective
action.
• Generate documents in order to keep management fully informed.
• Involved in the preparation of tenders and scope of work for the facility
maintenance contract, including man power & material control.
• Provide a quality service to customers, and dealing with complaints.
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and
dealing with the consequences.
• Involved in the financial forecasting/budgeting for facilities management.
