•Working in Sugar House, monitoring and controlling the operations of crystallization, centrifuges, dryers, and bagging units.
•Acting as Senior Production Engineer in charge in Sugar House.
•Operation using DCS.
•Working with programming of SCADA using SAMTIC SEIMENS PCS7 software.
•Participating in installing the piping system in factory and having good deal with isometrics and different kinds of fittings and valves.
•Participating in constructing, commissioning and start-up of Nile Sugar Company (ORASCOM construction industries group) located in Nubaria.
•Erection and expanding of heating tubes in heat exchangers and evaporators.
•Have good experience in different types of pumps in erection, alignment, mechanical sealing, and priming (deal with SULZER).
•Good deal with all instruments (pneumatic valves, electrical valves, flow meters, and temperature and pressure transmitters).
•Long study at PID (piping instrumentation diagram) and make different modifications.
•Distillation tower and absorption process
•Catalytic reactor and DCS.
•Preparing factory shut down
•Preparing maintenance works for equipments like: Heat exchanger shell and tube
