• Prepare Inspection Test Plan (I.T.P). Commissioning, startup of the following mechanical systems.
• HVAC (Chilled Water system “air cooled chiller”, AHU’s, FCU’s, Duct works and fans).
Plumbing (All Plumbing accessories, booster pumps, submersible pumps, Hot water circulation system).
Firefighting (Fire pumps, Sprinkler system, FM-200, Deluge system and Foam system). Emergency generator fuel system.
Special systems (swimming pools and water fountain, kitchen and laundry Equipment
• Supervise the construction in terms of proper method, material reservation and optimum output of labor.
• Analyzing and resolving field problems.
• Audit Sub-Contractors & Suppliers.
• Plan and handle the work in according to project specification within the designated time frame.
• Prepare Installation Method of Statement (M.S)
. Commissioning, startup of the mechanical systems.
• Monitor day-to-day work progress at all project stages from beginning till testing and commissioning to ensure completion on time, ensure the implementation of HSE plan on site.
• Follow up the sub-contractor's on site to ensure the implementation of work on the right way.
• Prepare and Review all submitted drawing & material.
• Ensure the work performed is in accordance with the drawings, Project specifications and national code.
• Follow up stores on a weekly basis to do what requires the material requests in the case of any shortage of materials.
-Installation, commissioning, startup of deferent types of Industrial, Chemicals, and petroleum pumping systems.
-Design Industrial, Chemicals, and petroleum pumping systems.
-Installation, commissioning, startup of the, booster pumps, submersible pumps, Hot water circulation system, Fire pumps, Fuel systems.
-Installation, commissioning, startup of the Generator’s set.
-Maintenance Pumps & Generator’s.
-Sales Mechanical Engineer for spare parts of mechanical power transmition
-Support sales team for replacement mechanical power transmition parts.
-Technical support for Factories, Companies (Our Client’s).
