• Identify customer problem/issue, determine responsibility for problem/issue (customer/Dealership), determine who can solve the problem/issue, provide alternatives, take action, escalate to appropriate person and follow up on resolution with customer.
• Follow up sales orders to ensure that deliveries and after sales service meet standards.
• Establish annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans.
• Promote cross selling and supporting Turbo Solutions by identifying our installed base, increasing customer awareness of JC portfolio, identify opportunities, well commercial evaluation.
• Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales within approved authority.
• Use CRM to maintain customer contact to remain aware of each customer’s present and future needs.
• Pursue sales leads and generate business in Oil & Gas, Power and Industry sectors.
• Achieve visits and orders intake targets to existing and new customers.
• Assess customer needs, identify opportunities and suggest appropriate products and services.
•Plan weekly work program to cover and follow up the customers and related pending deals.
•Prospect for new customers who might be interested in company products and recognize a sales opportunity.
•Liaison with All sectors responsible engineers on the determination of technical specifications and required capacities.
•Prepare the quotation and Determine products availability.
•Participate in tender documents’ study and proposes terms of payment.
•Obtain customers’ purchase orders .
•Determine supplying facility and mode of transportation, and initiate action.
•Assign charges of products to proper accounts.
•Enter required information into products ordering system, process the order, Manage back order of products and generate the invoice.
•Investigate particular customers when required.
•Participate in products delivery to customers as required.
•Keep track on competitor's products, prices and commercial terms and reports, in writing, to my manager.
•Assist with the solution of customer problems with COMET( KSB).
•Manage Re man. (Re manufacturing) products Core inspection and return.
•Present Dealership Parts & Service products, resources, benefits and the contrasting process of the competitor to the customer.
•Support team in the sales process.
•Collaborate with various departments and groups during the sales process .
•Obtain information discussed with customer and agreed upon by customer and Dealership.

- Sales for fire alarm and firefighting systems such as:
(General Monitors gas detection system, MEDC COOPER Explosion proof devices, SAFCO fire and gas,
Buckeye foam system, Brodie PD meters, KSB fire pump, etc ………….).
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
-Preparing Tenders, Internal Orders.
-Solving the client’s & supplier’s problems.
-Responsible for providing the best service to customers.
-Follow up with Our Customers.
-Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by management team.
-Commissioning and Start up for firefighting systems such as:
* Enppi - Al Amal field development project.
* Enppi - Egas (Gasco) Dahshour compression
station.
-Testing, monitoring and calibration for gas detectors General Monitors (MSA)
Such as: Rig (Offshore ST-BAHARI-1 SinoTharwa drilling company|).
Design (HVAC& PLUMBING &FIRE FIGHTING).
According to Egyptian national code and NFPA.
Project Engineering:
* Al jadoo Commercial Mall (SAUDI ARABIA).
* Dorra Val residential complex (SAUDI ARABIA).
* Al jadoo residential complex (SAUDI ARABIA).
- Supervision and auditing the process of manufacturing.
- Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
