1. Ensure compliance with company policy and procedure relating to insurance.
2. To coordinate with the reception team for the claim processes.
3. Evaluate and check various reports like doctor’s diagnosis, lab, and other investigations.
4. Verify the documents as per the contract agreements with the Insurance companies.
5. Preparing the price list for the insurance companies in conjunction with the Insurance Manager
6. Dispatch and ensure the proper deliver of claim reports to the Insurance companies.
7. Work with operating companies to maximize insurance recoveries.
8. Follow up with the insurance companies for the payments.
9. Follow up and negotiations with Insurance Companies where needed to ensure approval of problematic cases
10. Re submission of rejected claims for the maximum recoveries.
11. Dis-allowance reasons evaluated, improvement areas identified and changes implemented.
12. Submission of Insurance department statistics on a monthly basis.
13. Prepare the annual report in liaising with the Insurance manager.
14. Assist the Insurance manager in market studies to identify potential business partners.
15. Prepare the presentations to all the staff to make awareness about the insurance companies and updates.
16. Maintain the rejection report and other document filings as per company standards.
17. Training of junior staffs and reception staff as needed.

18. Renewal for insurance policies such as ( Fire policy, Life insurance policy,
Malpractice policy & Medical Insurance)
19. Comparing insurance companies quotations regarding mentioned policies.
20. Reviewing policies contracts to avoid any issues relating to coverage.
21. Building great relations with insurance companies to maximise the coverage.
22. Preparing incident Report as per reporting time in contracts to avoid rejection of the claims.
