Responsibilities:

• Administration skills in IBM HTTP Server and Apache webservers.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Products Network and Firewalls
• Extensive experience working on Microsoft Products.
• Maintain SLA incidents, Requests with permanent solution & work around.
• Monitoring, reviewing, and improving the technical documents which include, scope of work, technical proposal.
