Accountable for the steady growth of the business / operations, driving sales, revenue and profit, via multiple avenues, including product expansion, diversification, market penetration and development of USP’s. Diversified market expansion from MEP to FCGS and identified manufacturers in China and Pakistan for both MEP and FMCGs. Overseeing entire operational and business development functions, including budget management, inventory management, purchasing, pricing and sales. Developing and maintaining long-term, beneficial working relationships with suppliers overseas, entering into effective negotiations to secure best price and terms for the company. Tracking dispatched goods and reviewing quality of goods received to ensure achievement of governing regulations. Dealing with both long term and single purchase order credit lines international shipping agreements focused on free on board, cost insurance and freight.
