1. Preparing Daily report like Occupancy, Utilization, In Complete pallets, Damage in Sound, Sound in Damage,
Category In Pallets reports to close all operational gaps.
2. Preparing DDS report \[ Daily Direction Setting \] for P&G meeting to discuss all operational issues & Solve.
3. Preparing KPIs Reports to main customers like ( P&G, Nestle, Shell, Mars LC Wikiki ) to follow-up the daily actions

8. Preparing analysis and provide recommendations to determine the best areas for improvements in warehouse &
operation.
9. Forecasting and analyzes operational needs/trends that make managers take a good decisions.
10. Support Finance team in preparing invoices regarding all operational customers transactions.
11. Recommend actions to improve on time delivery performance to the customers.
12. Auditing on a monthly cycle count, Wall to Wall and do the necessary action on the system \[ Adjustment in / out /
Move \].
13. Assist in modifying reports on system to be more covering data with IT team ( Complicated Formula Via SQL
Language ).
14. Assist finance region & Egypt teams in closing all invoices on time for all customers monthly.
Achievements:
1. Create 2 Monitors systems for WMS department to kill wrong data issue for system with Visual Basic.
2. Create Outsource tracking system to tracking All cost center & revenue and profitability with Visual Basic
3. Make almost all data related to monthly billing enters on system automatically.
4. Create WMS tools system to facilitate their daily complicated tasks.

4. Forwarding receipt confirmation and delivery sheets confirmation for inbound & outbound to customer after
receive and ship process done on system.
5. Daily generation of transactional documents and relaying these to all concerned ASAP.
6. Sending “Monthly/Weekly/Daily “the Inventory Balance/Expiry Reports, Hold Report, Cut cases Report …etc, to
the clients.
7. Receiving the customer concerns, complaints and investigation.
Achievements:
1. Create WMS KPIs tool ( Visual Basic Language ) for all tasks related to WMS team monthly, to measure WMS
productivity.
1. Make receiving for shipments based on SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for customers.
2. Picking orders through pick list that generated from system based on SOP .
3. Shipping orders after check on all items physically and matching with delivery confirmation based on SOP .
4. Handling all processes based on KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator) like:
Inbound docking time.
Outbound docking time.
Shipping in time.
Picking Accuracy.
Cut Cases Reduction.
Damage & Bulk Handling.
IRA (Inventory Record Accuracy).
