• Acting as a Checker for the technical deliverables for a project .Ultimately being responsible for smooth & timely executing the project with high level technical accuracy meeting with clients expectations.
• Manpower planning as per schedule, Progress reporting, Co-ordination with other departments in-house, with the Client & Vendors.
• Reviewing of the pipe line routing, supporting and civil structure by using AutoCAD.
• Design of pipe (thickness calculations) as per various codes (ASME 31.3 etc).
• Preparation of bulk & Final MTO as per P&ID, GAD and Isometrics.
• Generating line list, critical line list for stress analysis from the P & IDs.
• Well acquainted with the different international codes and standards used in the process industries like ASME, ANSI, and API etc.
• Supervision in production line & troubleshooting.
• Responsible for maintaining production dies and progressive dies.
• Responsible for achieving daily / monthly production targets.
• Prepare documentation papers related to production, stock & workers.
• Responsible for manpower distributions.
• Responsible for the Inventory of finish goods.
• Familiar with T.Q.M. techniques like 5S, 3M, 3G, Kaizen.
• Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement through Kaizen activities.
• Familiar with welding like TIG, MIG, gas welding.
