• lead Lamar stock controller team
• Motivate stock controller team to do their best with an optimum efficiency and make sure that all S.O.P were performed with an effective and efficient way
• making decisions about monthly stock count and which store should be Counted
• Make a delegation to stock controller accountant by additional tasks
• Prepare Reports to C.F.O by all necessary reports like (minimum stock level, stocks values yearly and monthly stock count results, warehouses efficiency … etc
• Coding new items according to business policies
