- Resposible for discovering clients needs & wants and finding target markets.
- Collecting data about competitors & setting suitable plans & policies for marketing company products in target markets.
- Participating in setting general goals for the company up to setting marketing goals for every unit in the company
- Participating in identifyaing strengths and weaknesses in the company up to identifying available marketing opportunities in addition to challenges & problem that need to be fixed or invested in.
- Building a full data base about markets, competitors & their products, prices or marketing plans.
- Designing and implementing surveys & studies about consumers, competitors and industry conditions in general.

- مسئول عن تحديد حاجات ورغبات العملاء وتحديد الأسواق المستهدفة
- وجمع البيانات حول المنافسين ووضع الخطط والسياسات المناسبة لتسويق منتجات الشركة في الأسواق المستهدفة.
- المساهمة في تحديد الأهداف العامة للمؤسسة وصولاً الى تحديد الأهداف التسويقية لكل وحدة عمل في الشركة.
- المساهمة في تحديد نقاط القوة والضعف في الشركة وصولا الى تحديد الفرص التسويقية المتاحة والتحديات او المشكلات التي يجب المساهمة في استثمارها كغرض او حلها كتحديات.
- بناء قاعدة بيانات شاملة حول الأسواق والمنافسين وكل ما يتعلق بالمنافسين ومنتجاتهم وأسعارهم وخطط التسويق لديهم.
- تصميم و تنفيذ المسح او الدراسات الميدانية المرتبطة بالمستهلكين والمنافسين او ظروف الصناعة بشكل عام.
- تحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها بواسطة بحوث التسويق حول الأسواق والمنافسين وتقديمها على شكل نتائج يمكن اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة بشأنها.
- تعديل المزيج التسوقي لبعض السلع التي تعاني من مشكلات بالإضافة إلى التوصية بإلغاء السلع الفاشلة والتي تحقق خسارة مادية مع العمل على تقديم سلع تشبع حاجات ورغبات وأذواق جديدة للمستهلكين.
- تحليل اسعار المنافسين مع تحديد الطرق والبينات وتطويرها.
- تحديد أهداف الترويج وأدواته المناسبة لكل سلعة او خدمة على حده.
- رفع التفارير بشكل دوري إلى الإدارة العليا
