Responsibilities Include
- Responsible of transforming the production facilities in Sadat City and 6th october from old thinking to Lean manufacturing methods
- Value stream mapping from order receiving to customer possession of products
- Redesign and restructuring all production reports to be Lean compatible.
- Select and Assemble Lean manufacturing team, train and develop them on Lean tools such as
7 Wastes, TPM (total productive management), KAIZEN (continuous improvement) to identify and eliminate waste all through the value stream
- Conducting Gap analysis method to evaluate, improve and enhance all process stages
To set a short term and a Long term future development plan .

Operation Director at MEGAPACK S.A.E. for Plastic forming and flexible packaging materials
