Responsibilities Include
- Responsible of transforming the production facilities in Sadat City and 6th october from old thinking to Lean manufacturing methods
- Value stream mapping from order receiving to customer possession of products
- Redesign and restructuring all production reports to be Lean compatible.
- Select and Assemble Lean manufacturing team, train and develop them on Lean tools such as
7 Wastes, TPM (total productive management), KAIZEN (continuous improvement) to identify and eliminate waste all through the value stream
- Conducting Gap analysis method to evaluate, improve and enhance all process stages
To set a short term and a Long term future development plan .
Conducting feasibility studies to double the capacity of flexible packaging.
Planning and construction of necessary 11, 000 sqm facilities to accommodate the capacity increase with required infra structure.
Expanding the company portfolio by adding new products for export business to European market and MENA.
Participating in R&D activities to develop new products.
Designing special custom product to pack, handle and overseas transport for bulk materials (cement, aggregates, etc.) certified from LABORDATA, Germany.
Setting-up testing equipment for quality control and assurance purposes.
Commissioning, installation, operation and maintenance of plastic forming and compounding, tape winders, circular looms, automatic and semi-automatic cutting and sewing conversion lines throughout Europe and Asia.
Re-building and modifying equipment to improve productivity and quality standards.

Commissioning the production lines with necessary training programs in Italy, ensuring improved quality.
Developing and implementing training programs necessary for the 60 operators to run the factory at the target capacity.
