• Work in a team environment to perform various administration functions.
• To control functions and responsibilities related to office, employees and TECOM.
• Work towards achievement of management goal by taking efficient decisions.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, government officials, and use these relationships to develop the smooth functioning.
•After recruiting the employee make all steps to him at Ministry of labour and Tasheel office (New work permit-New contract-Renewal-Modification-Cancellation)
• Responsible for Visa processing, Visa issuance, Visa stamping and understanding of Visa related rules and regulation as per TECOM. Also responsible for arranging visas for staff, who are going on official trips to other countries.
• Coordinate with embassies for issuance of visa’s and business trip and keep himself updated regarding the new changes in the procedures.
• Complete track record of Passport & Visa Expiry of all the existing staff.
• Admin manager duties also pertain to answering interoffice queries, providing support to employees for any official requirements after certain approvals.
• Provides support to other departments of the organization and organizes projects of the company.
• Hold the responsibility of reviewing office budget and managing office expenditure.
• Responsible for purchasing & allocation of moveable & unmovable assets to the staff.
• Responsible for assets records of the office and arrange for the repairs & maintenance as and when necessary.
• Manage inflow and outflow of inventory and keep track of all the receiving in hard form.
• Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
• Approvals and signatures from the customer on the work completion report and on new contracts.
• Responsible for purchasing all the equipment for the office and project.
• Continual market research and ongoing search for new vendors for the office equipment.
• Coordination with travel agencies and keep records of alternatives for agencies.
• Ability to work long hours and on weekends as required
• Budgeting responsibilities, approval privileges on purchase orders and check requests, reporting and auditing functions.

• Deal with Immigration For (Employment Visa, Amendment, Residence Stamp) And Follow Up Which Honored To Be Exp To Renew (Online)
• Provide all Sheet which useful To employment recruitment
• (Emp. Application, Sick Leave, Leave ticket Request, Man Power Request, Promotion Request…Etc)
• Care Section Requests For Follow-Up The Vacant Places Of Manpower
• Insure That all employee got Them Document (Label card, health Card, …Etc )
• To Care All Operations (Attendance System, Collect Salary System, Recruitment Operation).
• Coordinate with insurance company for issuance of insurance cards and reimbursement of medical claims of employees.
• Updating Master file (General, Financial & Legal) .
