Leverage all business categories to strengthen the commercial strategy, brand strategy, pricing, technical performance, consumer positioning, selling strategy, cost, profitability, etc.
Proactively recommends solutions and plans to tackle business opportunities.
Produces accurate/consistent numbers with virtually no supervision and quick turnaround on important or urgent requests.
Proactively identifies sources of value and manages risk.
Ensures projects remain financially viable even if some key elements don’t deliver.
Proactively develops Finance capability throughout the organization.
Benchmarks with previous projects / peer reviews with experts from financial analysis practice.
Understands and applies relevant company policies and procedures (e.g., budgeting, ROAs, etc.) and GAAP requirements.
Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
Preparing and publishing timely monthly & Quarterly financial statements.
Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Maximizes return; and limits risk on cash by minimizing bank balances and making investments.
Coordinate with the tax division of the company and prepare any schedules that are required for tax returns.
Follow up with the old customers to settle and close new deals.
Coordinate with the auditors and be prepared to surrender documentation if called upon.
Effectively communicate with the Retail Management, branch staff, volunteers and other Trinity personnel, cascading information as relevant. To represent the trading business and communicate externally as required.
Maintain and develop beneficial working relationships with other Trinity departments to further the organization’s objectives, including appropriate attendance at Management Team meetings and volunteer forums.
Maintain, seek, utilities and analyze management information including EPOS(electronic point of sale) data to manage performance, seize opportunities and make informed management decisions, taking appropriate remedial action as required to reach and maintain retail budgeted sales and net income contributions and develop and drive the business.
Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information.
Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
MBA degree in finance studies (Investment strategies and financial markets)
Double Degree Bachelor in Accounting and Business Administration
