Interact with the team to ensure the input needed to perform the job and provide support and assistance in performing their tasks.
•Study project file and prepare the required analyses and breakdowns.
•Generate projects monthly cost control reports
•Analyze project expenses and compare it to budget.
•Analyze material purchase orders compared to budget as part of the review process for the monthly reports.
•Monitor the status and actual cost for labors, equipment, and subcontractors.
•Disseminate budget information to all operating groups, providing clarification and additional information where required.
•Interface and provide on-going technical support to construction team
•Review project invoice status on monthly basis.
•Prepare and support the provision and analysis of any costs related to claims.
Project Cost Plan and its monthly status report.
-Project Cash flow & submit monthly status analysis.
•Follow up the productivity team and issue the monthly reports.
•Provide mentorship and guidance to Junior and cost controllers within the team.
Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded..
Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects, which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of Invoices processes, etc.
Perform and manage project financial activity monitoring and purchase requests creation and follow up.
Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
Prepare the cost report on regular basis to reflecting the project cost status.
Review all direct costs posted on a daily basis.
Analyze project expenses by trade and compare it to budget.
Analyze material purchase orders compared to budget.
Monitor the status and actual cost for labors, equipment, subcontractors and committed cost.
Disseminate budget information to all operating groups, providing clarification and additional information where required
Review invoice status on monthly basis and highlight any major figures.
Attend periodic meetings with the project management team to discuss cost related issues.
Preparing actual productivity sheets and curves for budget comparison.
Create Baseline schedules for New Projects.
Study Projects Documents well (Contract - B.O.Q - Layout DWG's - Procurement List or Procurement Plan) to create Logic Time Schedule contain all Scope by adding Logic Relationships between all activities.
Assign cost & Resources to baseline to Create Logic Cash Flow for projects.
Following-up Projects Activities to do exact actual Update.
Preparing Progress reports, which show Project status regarding to time wise, & cost wise to enable projects manager see the critical issues for taking corrective actions for
quantity surveying and shop drawings works
