Duties:
• Review and evaluation of internal control systems.
• Determine the extent of the commitment of project personnel policies and procedures.
• Protect the assets of the project
• Fraud prevention and detection of errors if they occur.
• Determine the extent of reliance on a system of accounting and financial reporting, and make sure that the information contained therein accurately reflect reality.
• Carry out regular reviews and periodic for the various activities, and report the findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Determine the extent of the commitment of the Government's social project.
• Evaluate the performance of individuals in genera
• Cooperation with the External Auditor to identify areas of external audit
• Participate in programs to reduce costs and develop the necessary procedures
Customer service representative
Duties:
• Handling all accounting work (e.g. American Accounting - ledger… etc)
• Preparing the monthly payroll, & making sure that every employee receives his/her paycheck
• Following up with the various banks that the company is dealing with
• Follow-up the products offers and requests
• Verify and check all payments due to suppliers before authorization
• Ensured that the best purchasing items are obtained from suppliers
• Use the section’s available budget and do monthly reports
