Maintenance Engineer works in copiers, plotters, scanners, faxes and printers

I have to maintain and serve Xerox machines (copiers, scanners, faxes and printers) in a certain territory, to make it work all the time in good conditions by doing the following actions:-
-Make regular visits one or tow times monthly (As mentioned in the contract) and do any services to keep Xerox machine work in good manner.
-Take costumer call (customer contact us usually by a phone call if he has any problem with the machine, or to ask us about any thing he want to know about contract, bay a new machine, bay a toner, make a contract for other machines, and so on) My duty is to close this call by visiting the customer and do what ever he want.
-Reaper the machine if it doesn't need any spare part, Or install the spare parts needed to make sure the machine is ok.
-All the previous actions can be done in the customer office or location, but if machine has a big damage I have to take it to Xerox workshop to make all services needed to make the machine as the new one.
Also I have to help marketing, sales and contracting teams in Xerox to do all customer requirements, because I'm the only one in Xerox in a direct contact with customers all the time, I know what every customer need, how he think and what he want from Xerox.
So I have great experiences about who to deal with customers and who to assist in marketing, sales, contraction, installing, servicing, and so on.
Sell office equipments and do all after sell processes.
Imaging Systems Engineering Co. is the official agent and distributor for some companies operating in the engineering field and specifically in the field of plotters, scanning, folding and all the applications of engineering drawings
We are the agent for: ROWE (it's a German Company), NEOLT (it's an Italian company), GRAPHTEC (it's a Japanese company). And my responsibility as a maintenance manger is always to make sure that all our existing models of machines in the Egyptian market is working in good condition by doing the following actions:-
-I work with a team of maintenance engineers, so I must distribute the jobs equally between then as possible as I can. In some cases I must do the following jobs my self; it depends on the problem with the machine and the costumer also.
