standard of HMC.

and reports.
• Active participation in all meetings initiated by the Corporate Social Service and conduct monthly departmental meetings
of all social Workers in the facility.
• Manage Social Service staffing needs in concern to new recruitments.
• Interviewing potential staff, as well as providing trainings to them.
• Ensure ongoing training programs to social workers in order to advance the skills and capabilities of each social worker for
a high quality social service.
• Prepare the yearly departmental plan and target in the beginning of the year.
• Overseeing the functions of the social services department.
• Follow up patient’s complaint and insure providing satisfied solution to them.
• Preparing monthly reports on Social workers activities and achievements, in addition to their observations and
recommendations related to developing the department.
• Performing evaluation and submitting proposals relating to the staff planning, such as bonuses, promotions and
disciplinary actions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Working as a linkage point between the hospital and all other institutions to insure effective work flow.
• Participating in the partnership agreements meeting between the Corporation and other institutions.
• Develop and output needed budget to run the department.
• Developing the required studies and statistics for addressing particular social phenomena.
