v Develop project charter.
v Define project scope, deliverables and expected benefits that support business case in collaboration with project sponsor.

v Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
v Note down the issues, raised if any, by the Users and raising the same with Offshore Support Team at Oracle
v Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Establish IT governance with department director, to assure the target of the IT project is the same as the business, the cost of the IT projrct should be controlled to maximise the production capabilties, besdies system change should not be an obstcal to the expansion of the bussiness, futhermore the risk controls.
