I was able to gain a lot of experience through the rotation of all the front office departments, from
Operator to Reservation to Reception and Guest Relations.
I've learned the minimum hospitality requirements and procedures for Check-in and Check-out, also
handling guest requests and guest complains.
Also I'm well informed with the room amenities for guests and VIP guests.
I've learned how to make a reservation and some upselling techniques and the following steps of
the reservation department from data entry and filling to keep track of all reservations.
Market segmentation and market segment reports to utilize it and
Printing out the daily reports & competition and sending them to the related managers.
Make sure that front desk is stocked with all brochures and information booklets at all times
Was responsible of analyzing & maintaining the systems of the company and made sure that all
Technical Office computers are working efficiently at all times.
Made sure that spare parts were stocked in case of any failure or malfunction of hardware's to keep
the computer's running 24/7.
Analyzing & Monitoring the Data Center, Servers, and Back-up Servers as well
•Meeting & assisting the guests throughout the domestic summer trips from and to Alexandria.
• Was responsible for the reservation of hotels, transportation of the guests.
• Assisting the domestic tours manager in creating the itineraries and programs for the domestic tours.
• Assisting the religious tours manager in the Umrah & Pilgrimage programs and printing out the program for the clients also confirming the reservations of hotels and transportation.
