Responsibilities:
1. Compliance with International Accounting Standards (IAS) through Directing and analyzing financial statements and then preparing financial reports Depending the results obtained to ensure the necessary control .
2. Ensure the recording and analysis of income statement and financial position items through the daily journal entries .
3. Main Accountabilities:
a. Daily follow-up Cash balance & Cash equivalent, and bank reconciliations monthly .
b. Follow up AR balances and Sales invoices monthly .
c. Check inventory balances on a monthly basis, make necessary adjustments periodically .
d. follow-up of Property Planet & Equipments .
e. follow-up AP beside it’s approvals and Purchases invoices on a monthly basis .
f. Follow-up the account of the Advance payments .
g. Prepare quarterly approvals with the seven branches of the company as a whole.
h. Make necessary adjustments under supervision of the Internal Audit Dep. yearly .
i. Preparing P&L, B/S, and Cash Flows for the current year compared to the previous year.
j. Participate members of the Internal Audit Department in all managerial and operational tasks to implement audit plans.
Responsibilities:
1. AR & AP book keeping and verifying it’s accuracy depending of monthly approvals .
2. Follow-up Due Dates on a daily basis, providing a stable figure of the cash flows .
3. Prepare the tax returns on a quarterly basis .
4. Participate yearly inventory team to determine the closing balances .
Responsibilities:
1. general entries recording for all financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards.
2. Preparation of invoices, Subsidiary accounts, and Trial Balance .
3. Reviewing financial vouchers in confirm with accounting transaction .
4. Participate inventory team, held monthly, quarterly, & yearly .
1 - Book keeping with AR subsidiary ledger for one segment .
2 - Posting journal reports about AR balances for the same segment .
3 - Pursuing accuracy of AR balances by each customer .
