works in accordance with the project specifications, approved method statements and shop
drawings.
* Reviewing/Approving contractor submittals including shop drawings, material submittals
and methods statements.
* Coordinating between structural, MEP and Electrical work .
* Monitoring the productivity of the activities and comparing with the estimated rates.
* Co-ordinate among Structural, Architectural, medical and MEP drawings.
* Leading the coordination meetings with the different parties and produce fully coordinated
technical information to site.
* Monitoring the work flow and ensure complete technical information available prior
proceeding with works.
* Monitoring the contractor’s progress on site.
* Monitor work progress on site and reporting to the project management & Client with the all
updating status.
