I have worked in different departments production, and lab. &Qc management.
*Monitor and control the operation of the plant so that established standers of quality and productivity to meet with budget cost.
*Development new formulation, and modify the existing one to match with production requirements, and continuously monitors the efficiency of current formulation.
*Monitor all Q.C. lab. Testing such as raw materials and finish good.
*Solving customer complains
*Experience in PVC formulation, and it's color, checking raw materials and solve PVC compound problems
Co-ordinate the quality lab activities and resources
Guarantee daily the standard of production quality through the use of measuring instrument, and production monitoring
In cases of product quality problems, collborate in analysis potential causes and co-ordinate appropiate corrective, and interfacting with clients, and suppliers
Guarantee the editing management, and archiving of all aspects of contral documents
Guarantee the calibration and maintennce of lab tools, and
instruments
use instruments to ensure adequate internal knowledge of quality standards.
