* Monitoring inventory transactions.
* Receipt of purchase orders and work to add to the inventory balance to
be available for making transaction through sales orders.
* Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory.
* Performing inspections on the stores "periodically and annually".
* Supervision of all the major stores and sub stores.
* Review specific bills to external customers.
* Review specific transactions to internal branches.
* Ensure that the proper amount of inventory prespecified is distributed
at the right time.
* Run cycle inventory program ensuring that inventory process is being
performed timely in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Provide information on the availability of stocked items and the status
of stocked requisitions.
* Preparing various reports - inventory, month end reports.
* Entering the data on the GP "Microsoft Dynamics" System.
* Entering the data on the RMS System.
* Participate in annual and semi-annual stocktaking as a committee
Member.
