Work to ensure that production process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in order to meet customers’ needs in their time.
Set and suggest the machines’ Parameters and conditions before starting in the work to obtain maximum productivity and quality in minimum time.
Work in high coordination with the other departments related to the production department to realize the optimum flow of the production process.
Suggest developments to the production and maintenance processes to maximize time and cost efficiency and effectiveness to achieve the set targets.
Maintain and updates daily log sheet for each line, meet every day with shift leaders to discuss the findings, undertakes thorough analysis, conclude improvement plans and follows up on their implementation.
Monitor the parameters of the machines in periodicity, analyze the findings, conclude optimum working conditions and follows up on their implementation.
Prepare periodical production KPIs and report them to the concerned local and regional parties.
Making a strong follow up to make completely Compliance with QHSE policies and procedures.
Responsible for enamels production line, acting as a section head, from Nov 2007 to June 2009 "Established a new project of the Enamels for producing a new colored products with R&D Department".
Shift leader for manufacturing all types of Latex Paints, Putty, Enamels, Decorative Paints and Textures Paints in the second shift from April 2006 to November 2007.
Analyze all the production problems issues and put action plans to solve it to ensure finishing the production plan in its time.
Make a quick check for all Raw Materials before charging in the production process.
Correct any deviation appears in the products to match the specifications of the product with high coordination with Q.C and R&D Departments.
Making a strong follow up to make completely Compliance with QHSE policies and Instructions.
