Administration Manager for Tri Ocean Energy for Petroleum services in Jebel Ali Free Zone, establish the company, employments visas, open and manage bank accounts, custom declarations, refurbish the drilling rig and equipment, marketing and advertisements, sale the equipment.

Public Relation Manager for Kuwait Food Company - Americana, order processing the requirements, communications and contact with top management of American-Group, Head Office in Kuwait and Egypt.
Responsible for, Management, Logistics, shipment, contracting, Immigration, Embassies and Consulates, Visas, Airport, Hotels and all arrangement needs in UAE for our top management Head Office, managing, beside arrange the logistics requirements for Americana Iran Branch and Americana Kazakhstan Branch.

Follow Up Manager: for South Gulf Region from 1st January 2000 till 30th April 2006, responsible for:
- Arrange requirements for our Head Office in Kuwait and Egypt.
- Arrange for all Government Departments; Labor Office, Immigration, Foreign Affairs and…..etc.
- Managing everything for the office which covers the Branches of Iran / Qatar / Bahrain and Oman.
- Coordinate and follow-up requisition from the Branches.
- Import and Export for food items frozen and dry.
- Coordinate between the Branches to achieve the instructions of the Regional Manager.
- Arrange all Business Trips for top Management in South Gulf Region.
- Arrange Hotel Bookings and Airport welcome for the Head Office visitors.
- In charge for the maintenance needs for the office, cars ….etc.
- Arrange reports for sales, profit & loss, and all other reports.

- Executive Secretary/Follow-Up Responsibilities of the Regional Manager South Gulf Branches; from 1st August 1996 till 31st December 1999.

- Secretary/Follow-Up Responsibilities of Deputy General Manager GCC, From 1st May 1996 till 31st July 1996 the date of his transfer to Head Office in Kuwait.
Human Resource and Personnel Department Coordinator. From 1st August 1995 till 30th April 1996. I have a good experience in the following:
- Arrange the Payroll for all the Company.
- Arrange the vacations and end of service as per the UAE law.
- Arrange visas: works & visit & transit.
- Interview with the new hiring.
- Arrange filing as per the company system.
